Flappy Bird is one of the games that swept the gaming market in 2014 and continues to reign supreme among the most addictive games to this day. The game is presented in a side-scroller format, with the player controlling a bird and attempting to navigate through rows of green pipes without touching them. The purpose of the game is to fly a bird through pipes. The game is terminated if the bird collides with an obstacle. A point is awarded to the player each time the bird travels through a pair of pipes. It has graphics reminiscent of Super Mario Bros. and a very simple control method.
