Google Maps Snake is a game that was released by Google in 2019 as an interactive Easter egg as part of the April Fool's Day celebrations. Google Maps Snake makes use of genuine Google Maps maps, with roads and landmarks serving as the game's playing field. Famous cities and landmarks are frequently used as backdrops in the game, providing a unique and amusing way to engage with real-world maps.

Google Maps Snake is the same as Snake Island 3D, in which players control a snake that crawls about the screen, eating things and growing in length while avoiding collisions with itself or obstacles. The game, however, is merged into real-world maps in Google Maps Snake, and users manipulate the snake on roads and streets. Rather than usual food items, players in Google Maps Snake typically collect landmarks or things, such as famous landmarks or local attractions.
